In our quest to finance great entrepreneurs - we are actively building our ISP Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) program. We invest in outstanding people with innovative ideas - even before the details of the business are developed. Together, our dynamic team works hand-in-hand with the entrepreneur to help him/her focus and build a successful business from its conception to its success.

Our first EIR is Ofer Shoshan, the CEO and Founder of Qlusters, founded in November 2001. Our second EIR is Sharon Azulai, founder and Executive Vice President, Business Development of Coridan which was founded in March 2003.
