NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cyota, a provider of online payment security solutions, announced today the appointment of Gary Heatherington as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Heatherington, former President & CEO of Bank One International in Canada, will have responsibility for overall strategic direction and operational management of Cyota. He will be headquartered in the company's New York office.
