NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cyota, a provider of online
payment security solutions, announced today the appointment of Gary
Heatherington as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Heatherington, former
President & CEO of Bank One International in Canada, will have
responsibility for overall strategic direction and operational management of
Cyota. He will be headquartered in the company's New York office.

MasterCard International, Mr. Heatherington managed the MasterCard, Maestro
and Cirrus brands in Canada and played a leading role in developing
MasterCard's global market strategy.
