B2B and B2C Technology Firm Banter Names President & CEO

SAN FRANCISCO -- Banter, a provider of applications
for Web-based customer interactions, which includes
e-mail, chat, and self-help, said it named Tom Aden
to the newly created position of president and CEO.
Mr. Aden was formerly president and CEO of ICVerify.
Company founder, chairman, and chief technology
officer Yoram Nelken was the interim CEO. Banter
also has a technology team in Israel. Last month,
Banter raised $15 million in a Series D financing
from new investors Lucent Venture Partners and
Mayfield Fund. |
