InterWorld President and CEO Joins Proactivity's Board
NEWTON, Mass. -- Proactivity, a software company
that specializes in online business integration
blueprint software, said it appointed Jeremy Davis,
president and CEO of InterWorld, to its board of
directors. Proactivity provides software that enables
businesses to diagram data and generate IT blueprints.
Proactivity has received financing from Israel-based
Vertex Venture Group and Infinity Ventures.
