Prior to Israel Seed Partners, Neil served as the Business Editor of The Jerusalem Post and was the founding editor of the Jerusalem Post Money Magazine. Neil served as a venture capital investment advisor at NM Rothschild & Sons in London for three years. He made a seed money investment in Biodar, a micro-encapsulation company, that was subsequently acquired by Makhteshim-Agan (TASE:MAIN) . Neil co-invested with Jon in Accent Software (NASDAQ: ACNTF). Neil currently serves on several Boards of Directors including Finjan, Ultrashape, Broadlight, Xtellus and Topspin Medical. He holds an MA with first class honors from Oxford University.
