Yoel Gat - Chairman and CEO, Chairman and CEO Yoel Gat is a legend in the satellite industry, having spent more than 16 years as cofounder and CEO of Gilat Satellite Networks, a world leader in very small aperture terminal satellite (VSAT) communications. During his tenure, Gilat realized sales of over $500 million in 2000 and held significant market share. Gat also won recognition as an industry mover and shaker as one of Time's Digital Dozen for 2001 for providing the capability of Internet-over-satellite technology on a mass-market scale.
Menachem Burko – CFO, Serving as Chief Financial Officer, Menachem Burko’s background includes several years as COO for BRM Capital, where he was responsible for managing and coordinating BRM's operations, insuring that investment objectives were met, and providing a full range of services to portfolio companies designed to accelerate their independence. Prior to joining BRM, Menachem was the managing director of TesCom Software Systems Testing Ltd., one of the world's leading software testing and quality assurance systems. Previously, he also served as COO of Elul Technologies. Menachem holds a B.S. in economics and accounting from Tel-Aviv University and is a CPA.
